Job Summary
McLine Studios is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment operations and strengthen the company’s talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing hiring pipelines, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and collaborating closely with department heads to fulfill organizational hiring goals. This role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position McLine Studios as an employer of choice.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring dashboards to track performance and optimize processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best hiring practices.
- Coordinate with HR and leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes.
- Proven experience in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR or related discipline.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
- Experience hiring for architectural, engineering, construction, or design-related roles is preferred.
