Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Workforce Planning


Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Ensure effective employer branding and candidate experience.


2. HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.

Ensure HR documentation and records are maintained accurately.


3. Employee Engagement & Culture

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.


4. Performance Management

Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.

Support managers in performance improvement plans and employee development.


5. HR Strategy & Business Partnering

Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Provide insights on workforce trends, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.


6. Compensation & Benefits

Support compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and benefits administration.

Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.


7. HR Reporting & Analytics

Track HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, and employee engagement.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 9+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies.
  • Experience in performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.


Preferred Skills:


  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.
