Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Manager role based in Gurugram. The Human Resource Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves driving learning and development initiatives, overseeing payroll coordination with the finance team, and maintaining accurate HR records and reports. The Human Resource Manager will work to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports retention, productivity, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices for non-banking financial services or related sectors.
- Demonstrated skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive HR matters with discretion and fairness.
- Experience with HRIS tools, data management, basic HR analytics, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in financial services, automotive, or a high-growth organization.
