We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end Human Resource functions and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, exit process)
HR policy development and implementation
Employee relations & grievance handling
Performance management system execution
Employee engagement initiatives
Payroll coordination & compliance support
Talent acquisition and workforce planning
HR reporting and MIS management
Desired Skills:
Strong HR operations & leadership experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR policies
Ability to handle independent HR functions
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Eligibility:
