Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resource Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a positive workplace environment, and supporting employee growth and retention. The role also involves analyzing workforce needs, managing payroll and benefits, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Skilled in HR Policy Development, Compliance Management, and Employment Law
- Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Professional Development Initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s in a relevant discipline is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role
