Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Post job openings on job portals and professional platforms and actively source candidates.
• Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Payroll & HR Operations
• Assist in managing monthly payroll and ensure employee records are accurate and updated.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR databases.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines are followed consistently.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, team-building events, and workplace celebrations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and workplace morale.
HR Support & Performance Management
• Support managers with employee performance review processes.
• Assist in implementing employee development and training initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and workplace concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
