About The Role
Bikham Healthcare is seeking a seasoned HR leader to spearhead the development and management of its global people operations. This pivotal role involves building robust HR systems, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring compliance across international markets, particularly between India and the United States. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR leadership, with a strong understanding of US HR practices, Indian labor laws, and global workforce management. As a key member of the leadership team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company’s HR strategy during a period of rapid growth and technological innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and engagement initiatives, aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic objectives and growth ambitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles, with a preference for candidates who have worked in US recruitment and night shifts within the last two years.
- Proven expertise managing HR operations in India, with exposure to US hiring practices and global workforce management.
- Experience overseeing recruitment teams, HR systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. An MBA in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance regulations, and organizational development strategies.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Develop and implement HR systems, SOPs, and policies that support the company's growth and international operations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruiting senior and specialized roles, particularly US-based positions.
- Design and maintain comprehensive HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and compliance records, ensuring adherence to India labor laws and US regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a workplace culture based on transparency, trust, and open communication.
- Coordinate performance management activities, including monthly check-ins, feedback collection, and performance surveys in collaboration with departmental heads.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and HR standards across all operational regions, maintaining structured HR records and documentation.
- Support leadership in creating a high-performance, growth-oriented organizational culture aligned with company values and strategic objectives.
