About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR / Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our human resources initiatives and support our organizational growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, policy formulation, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring our workforce aligns with the company’s long-term objectives. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master’s degree being preferred. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards is essential. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Prior experience of at least five years in HR or talent acquisition roles, preferably within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, is required. A strategic mindset, problem-solving ability, and a passion for developing organizational talent are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various levels and functions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development programs to foster continuous growth.
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics, providing strategic insights to inform decision-making and improve HR effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational culture.
