About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR / Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will lead the full spectrum of human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. Your strategic insights will help shape our organizational culture and ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred. Certification from recognized HR bodies such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is advantageous. Candidates should have at least 5 years of proven experience in HR, with a solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to develop strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Familiarity with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and comply with legal standards. Overseeing performance management systems and employee development initiatives will be key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will handle employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace. Supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development strategies will be vital in driving company growth. Monitoring HR metrics, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to senior management will also be part of your role, enabling data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
