Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager, located in Ambala. The Human Resource Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and ensure a motivated and skilled workforce. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing compliance with labor laws. The manager will also lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, training programs, and organizational development strategies to align with the company's growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in employee relations management, conflict resolution, and HR policy development
- Experience with performance management, payroll administration, and compliance with labor laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead training programs and foster employee engagement
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR management systems and other office software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in HR management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or textile industries, is a plus
