Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months Internship
Job Overview:Mage Marketer is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resource department in daily operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and documentation process for new hires
- Help in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and certificates
- Monitor attendance and maintain tracking sheets
- Assist in employee engagement activities and coordination
- Support HR in performance tracking and reporting
- Handle basic employee queries and provide support
Requirements:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
