We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Intern to support our HR operations. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in human resources, whether currently pursuing a degree or transitioning from another field. The 3-month internship is unpaid, with performance-based opportunities for a paid extension or PPO.Key Responsibilities
Participate in recruitment activities: posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and company databases
Organize new hire orientation sessions and assist with onboarding processes
Support employee benefits administration, documentation, and inquiries
Contribute to HR policy development and implementation
Assist in organizing training and development initiatives
Support performance management activities including reviews and goal tracking
Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, drafting correspondence, and file organization
Attend HR team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or looking to transition into HR
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of HR principles and prior experience is a plus
