This internship is a Learning Opportunity and designed to help people become freelance recruiters.The Intern will be engaged with our global Talent Community learning and conducting recruitment and headhunting.The role is 6 months long.There is no associated stipend with this internship.A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.QualificationsInterest or Exposure to HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment processes.A Learning Mindset.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in core HR functions.Insight into recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding processes.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Potential for growth within the HR function of The Staffing GuildCertificate of Completion & Recommendation Letter for Best-performers.
