Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resource Intern. The intern will assist in various Human Resource functions, such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting HR management initiatives, and assisting with personnel management. Daily responsibilities may include maintaining employee records, participating in recruitment processes, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits procedures
- Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or current enrollment in a related field is preferred
