Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resource Intern at Relief Mission Foundation. The intern will assist in designing, implementing, and managing HR-related tasks, including employee benefits, HR policies, and personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting recruitment efforts, organizing employee records, conducting onboarding activities, assisting with policy improvements, and contributing to promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and principles, as well as a keen interest in supporting people-centric initiatives
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies, with the ability to work on workforce planning and policy implementation
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate within a remote work environment
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
