About The Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at HOWL. Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple teams within the agency, including posting job openings and screening applications.
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and facilitate the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates, interview feedback, and hiring progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in candidate evaluation and selection.
- Participate in onboarding activities and assist in creating a welcoming environment for new hires.
- Support HR team in administrative tasks related to employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.
