About The Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR functions within a fast-paced startup environment. As an integral part of our team, you will support various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in Human Resources, particularly within the AI and e-commerce sectors.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and candidates.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a keen interest in the AI and e-commerce startup ecosystem.
- Availability for a full-time internship lasting between 3 to 6 months, with potential for full-time employment conversion based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, review resumes, and coordinate interview schedules to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a positive first-day experience.
- Culture: Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and participating in team-building initiatives.
- Operations: Support daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining digital employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting with policy documentation.
