About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR operations within a fast-paced startup environment. As an HR Intern at Storyvord, you will play a critical role in supporting our hiring processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to our employer branding initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and eager to learn about startup culture, hiring strategies, and people management. This internship provides exposure to global recruitment practices and the chance to work remotely with a talented team dedicated to innovation and growth in the entertainment and AI sectors.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic HR tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about startups, talent acquisition, and understanding people dynamics.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a global team.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
- Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions to attract suitable talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track hiring progress through organized records.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and outreach strategies to enhance Storyvord’s visibility as an employer of choice.
- Provide a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to talent acquisition and HR operations.
