About The Role
As a Human Resources Intern at Rupeek, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on campus hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring strategies. You will work closely with the HR team to facilitate talent acquisition for field sales roles, bulk hiring projects, and campus recruitment drives. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their HR skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment, gaining exposure to various HR functions such as employee engagement, onboarding, and HR analytics.
During your internship, you will contribute to creating a positive employee experience, assist in executing HR initiatives, and support internal communication efforts. This position provides a comprehensive understanding of HR operations within a leading fintech organization, preparing you for a future career in human resources or talent acquisition.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Prior internship or exposure to HR functions, recruitment, or campus hiring will be advantageous but is not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Candidates should also exhibit good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys or discussions and track engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- Contribute to internal communication campaigns on culture, wellness, and recognition activities via emails, newsletters, or intranet posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent employee experience and participation.
HRBP Activities
- Support HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives related to performance management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and documentation to support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in discussions with business teams to understand people challenges and support action planning.
Employee Relations & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving routine HR-related queries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as payroll, IT, and admin teams to ensure smooth employee operations.
