This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, intern engagement, performance tracking, and networking within a professional environment.
📌 Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Recruit Interns of different domains as per the recruitment guidelines
🔹 Implement intern engagement practices to improve morale and motivation
🔹 Strategize with the executive team on weekly and monthly goals related to intern performance
🔹 Update and maintain performance records of Research & Promotions Interns in Google Sheets shared in the group description
🔹 Conduct various activities to enhance intern morale and engagement
🔹 Build and maintain a strong network within your college
🔹Team meeting on Monday and Thursday
