Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Intern position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist with a variety of HR functions, including supporting HR management processes, implementing HR policies and procedures, assisting with personnel management, and providing support in employee benefits administration. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with the HR team to help streamline recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and practical HR Management experience
- Understanding and ability to implement HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Competence in Personnel Management and maintenance of employee records
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
