Role Description
The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and helping implement HR policies. The intern will collaborate with various departments to ensure proper personnel management and support employee engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) functions and general HR practices
- Understanding of HR Management, including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Experience or interest in Personnel Management and ensuring employee well-being
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (pursuing or recently completed).
