What You'll Actually Do:
Recruitment – End to End
- Own hiring from screening to offer letter.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand team requirements.
- Source candidates through social and professional platforms.
- Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and in-person rounds.
- Conduct background verification checks.
- Contribute ideas for employer branding initiatives.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have onboarding experience.
- Understand the offboarding process.
- Have worked on HRMS platforms such as KEKA.
