We’re Hiring: HR Generalist

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

🕒 Experience: 1–2 Years


Required Skills:

1–2 years of experience in HR operations

✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment & onboarding processes

✔ Experience in employee engagement & HR coordination

✔ Understanding of HR policies & compliance

✔ Payroll coordination knowledge (preferred)

✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Basic knowledge of labor laws

✔ Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll coordination & attendance management

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives

• Maintain HR records & policies

• Address employee queries & provide HR support

• Coordinate with different departments for HR operations
