Role Overview:
We are looking for a HR Generalist with minimum 1 year of experience. HR Generalist will
manage recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and daily HR operations while
ensuring smooth workflow, employee relations, and adherence to company policies. The role
also involves sourcing candidates, maintaining a talent pool, and supporting overall people
management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Source and recruit candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.com.
Conduct direct search and headhunting for relevant profiles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring requirements.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. HR Operations & Employee Management
Maintain and manage employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Oversee daily HR operations and workflow management.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Handle employee relations and assist in conflict resolution and employee engagement.
3. Payroll & Documentation
Manage payroll processing, attendance records, and compensation documentation.
Prepare HR documents including offer letters, joining documents, and employee records.
Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of HR data.
4. Workflow & Performance Support
Monitor employee workflow and coordination across teams.
Assist in maintaining smooth communication between management and employees.
Support team productivity and organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com).
Basic understanding of IT and digital roles such as:
- Web Design / Development
- Graphic Design
- SEO
- Digital Marketing
Strong people management and employee handling skills.
Good knowledge of HR documentation, payroll processes, and HR data management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Degree in MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in IT firm.
Creative approach will be a plus
