Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building teams, and contributing to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination)
- Post job openings on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in HR operations, policies, and compliance
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
