Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or Generalist role
- Strong understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Experience coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in India
- Exposure to IT or SaaS company work culture
- Ability to create HR reports, manage internal communications, and assist with policy implementation
- Basic knowledge of performance review processes and employee retention strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, documents, and databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to support HR operations and employee needs
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
- Support HR audits, exit formalities, and feedback processes
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
