Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resource Executive. The Human Resource Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee employee relations, and implement HR policies and procedures. The role also involves conducting onboarding, managing performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Additional duties include supporting employee engagement initiatives, payroll management, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in Payroll Management and Benefits Administration
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organizational efficiency
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an HR role and familiarity with HR software is a plus
