Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
- Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, school policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support audits and compliance reporting.
- Recruitment
- Draft and publish job advertisements.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Employee Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries and grievances.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Promote employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Organize induction programs for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize staff with policies and culture.
- Ensure smooth integration of employees into the institution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in educational institutions).
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
