🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Human Resource Executive who is proactive, organized, and people-focused. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee coordination, and performance management. This role requires someone who can balance operational efficiency with employee engagement, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:📌 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
📌 Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Maintain updated employee records
📌 HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee database
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and reports
- Support daily HR administrative activities
📌 Performance Management
- Assist in performance evaluation processes
- Track employee performance and coordinate feedback
- Support management in implementing performance improvement initiative
📌 Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Maintain positive employee relations
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
📌 Compliance & Policy Support
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Ensure basic compliance with company guidelines and standards

Requirements- Minimum 8 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Performance Evaluation & HR Operations
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Strong computer proficiency in:
- MS Excel
- HRMS tools
- LinkedIn, Naukri & other recruitment platforms
- Ability to handle employees and coordinate effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in automobile dealership or similar industry (added advantage)
- Basic understanding of payroll coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
