Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Executive located in Pune Division. The Human Resource Executive will oversee various HR operations, implement policies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The role involves managing employee relations, maintaining effective communication with employees, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Additionally, the executive will play a key role in the application and development of HR management strategies to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience with HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) functions
- Strong skills in handling Employee Relations and engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
