About The Role:
Shills Professional is looking for highly process-oriented, compliance-focused, and operationally strong HR professionals who can manage and scale HR compliance systems, employee documentation, labor law compliance, HR operations, payroll coordination, and organizational policy management across multiple business functions.
Candidates should have strong beauty/fashion/FMCG HR operational experience with deep understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee records management, and HR operational processes.
Open Role Responsibilities:
Human Resource Compliance Specialist:
• Manage HR compliance operations across the organization
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR operational policies
• Handle employee documentation, HR records, contracts, and compliance files
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and employee documentation
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and statutory compliance coordination
• Monitor employee onboarding, exit formalities, and HR process compliance
• Coordinate with HR, finance, legal, payroll, and operational teams
• Prepare HR MIS reports and compliance-related reports
• Ensure policy implementation, HR operational discipline, and documentation accuracy
• Monitor employee file management, HR audits, and statutory record maintenance
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and compliance vendors
• Support organizational HR structure, process implementation, and operational workflows
• Ensure timely renewal and management of HR licenses, registrations, and compliance documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across HR and employee-related operations
• Support HR operations during organizational scaling and recruitment growth activities
