Job Description
Position Title: HR Business Partner
Category: Corporate Functions
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports global HR teams in delivering key HR initiatives and day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting with HR lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational changes.
The HRBP works closely with multiple stakeholders across domestic and international teams, providing operational and analytical support while building a strong understanding of the business. The role also includes HR systems management, data reporting, and contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position requires a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Support
- Support recruitment activities from position creation to onboarding.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including training plans and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions through HR systems in coordination with CoE teams.
- Maintain HR data accuracy, reporting, and analysis; identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support global mobility and international transfers.
- Assist in employee relations cases and investigations (e.g., Listen Up cases).
- Contribute to annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent reviews, and merit cycles.
- Participate in HR projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Compliance, Safety & Quality
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, compliance, and HR policies.
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and service quality.
- Ensure all work aligns with organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and managers.
- Communicate effectively across teams to support HR initiatives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership for reporting and operational improvements.
Data, Systems & Administration
- Manage HRMS data, reporting, and analytics.
- Support immigration processes and documentation tracking (e.g., I-9 verification).
- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of employee data and transactions.
People Development & Growth
- Demonstrate continuous learning and professional development.
- Engage with managers regularly to review performance and career progression.
- Exhibit ethical behavior, leadership, and alignment with company values.
Financial & Operational Accountability
- Ensure cost awareness and compliance with financial policies.
- Manage tasks within approved budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (generalist or specialist role)
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
