Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner located in Mumbai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing performance appraisal systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create a thriving and motivated workforce while addressing workplace challenges proactively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) strategy development and implementation
- Expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in implementing and managing Performance Management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactively resolving workplace challenges and contributing to organizational development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in HR, preferably in a similar role, is highly desirable
