Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Sales & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will drive performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and people initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive the complete Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and performance improvement plans.
- Design and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and people development.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, engagement, and performance trends to support business decisions.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, compliance, and organizational best practices.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 6–7 years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting Sales & Marketing teams.
- Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Pharma, or other sales-driven industries is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS), employee engagement, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR analytics will be an added advantage.
