Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic link between the HR function and business operations, ensuring that our talent strategies are aligned with organizational goals. You will work closely with leadership and employees across IT staffing, AI development, and enterprise solution verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT staffing and AI development verticals
- Collaborate on workforce planning to meet project and business demands
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and pulse checks to monitor team morale and well-being
Performance Management
- Support and facilitate performance review cycles, goal-setting, and KPI tracking
- Work with managers to develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary
- Identify high-potential employees and recommend development programs
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and HRMS data accurately
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies
- Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance coordination
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with team leads and project managers
- Coordinate and facilitate L&D programs to upskill employees across technology and soft skills
- Support leadership development and succession planning
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with leadership on org design, team structuring, and change management
- Provide HR data insights, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions
- Champion Durapid's culture and values as the company scales
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in an IT or technology company
- Working knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
Preferred / Good To Have Skills
- Prior exposure to IT staffing, contractual hiring, or consulting environments
- Experience supporting AI, data, or software development teams
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRMS tools
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
