Role Overview:
The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other matters.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review.
- Plus will also to have exposure in Compliances, Payroll, and Grievance handling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/ PGDM/ Law/ Psychology/ Humanitarian with sufficient experience HR).
- 1 - 7 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ HRMS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
