Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and reports
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Requirements
1 to8 years of experience in recruitment (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interested candidates can walk in directly within the given time slot.
