HR Generalist
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations. The HR Generalist will handle a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and attendance management
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee engagement and training activities
- Support disciplinary procedures and exit formalities
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations or generalist role
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in HR or related roles (can be adjusted based on requirement)
