• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen and schedule interviews with candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical requirements
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
• Experience hiring for IT roles
