Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resource (Assistant Manager/Manager) based in Mumbai. The role comprises managing day-to-day HR functions, fostering a positive organizational culture, and implementing human resource strategies. Responsibilities include recruitment, working on an HRMS , managing payroll, employee onboarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, training and development, performance appraisals, and compliance management. The role requires occasional in-office presence while allowing some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Ability to develop and implement HR Policies and Compliance Processes
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
- Skills in Training, Development, and Performance Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
