Job Title: Human Resources Associate
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring experience
2. Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
- Share feedback and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely communication with candidates
3. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and initiatives
- Drive a positive work culture and employee satisfaction
- Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs
4. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical)
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies
5. HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Support payroll coordination and HR reporting
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
