Role overviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's approach to recruiting, and employee development. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the coordination of company events and gain exposure to different facets of HR management.
Key Responsibilities- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment basics, and employee documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/HRIS is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask, priortize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
