Human Resource Associate
Hiring for a leading Retail Chain of General Stores, based out of Dubai with 1500+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone/virtual assessments, and coordinating onboarding for store-level hires across multiple locations.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems, process payroll inputs, track attendance/leave, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws including contract renewals and end-of-service calculations.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating disciplinary processes, and organizing team-building or training sessions to boost retention.
- Prepare HR reports on metrics like turnover rates, headcount, and diversity; support monthly/quarterly audits for visa renewals and work permits.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment (health insurance, housing allowances), manage staff queries via email/phone, and update policy handbooks.
- Support visa and documentation processes by liaising with PRO (Public Relations Officer) for Emirates ID renewals, medical fitness tests, and residency updates.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback for improvements, and assist in performance appraisals by compiling data and scheduling reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; 2 - 6 years in HR/recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; Hindi/Malayali is a plus.

Salary Range: AED 7,500 - 10,000 per month (tax-free) + performance bonus, medical insurance, and annual leave encashment.
