About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Triaxa - FZCO. This full-time, office-based role is integral to supporting our daily HR and administrative functions within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment activities, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR reporting processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in Human Resources within a fast-paced industrial environment. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment. A basic understanding of HR processes, labor documentation, and employee onboarding and exit procedures is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and other documentation tools is required to support data management and reporting tasks. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. Additionally, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are key to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of information.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and compile relevant reports to support payroll and HR management.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training arrangements.
- Assist in preparing payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for processing.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general workplace concerns, providing prompt and professional support.
- Develop and maintain Excel trackers and HR reports to monitor key HR metrics and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Support the HR Manager with various administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR initiatives.
