Role Description
Inneate Hub Private Limited is seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Manager for our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will lead and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, training, and organizational policy development. Additionally, the candidate will foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support strategic initiatives to align talent management with the company’s goals. We are looking for a candidate who has set up entire HRMS ecosystem for a venture from designing teams, HRMS & standardizing policies for recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
- Experience in performance management, training, and professional development
- Proficiency in payroll administration and HR compliance
- Knowledge of labor laws, organizational policy development, and workforce planning
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous
