About The Role
The Human Resources Assistant at Krolog - Amazon SPN is a vital part of our remote team, responsible for supporting the HR department through various administrative and operational functions. The HR Assistant will manage and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assist with benefits administration, support recruitment efforts, and coordinate employee training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves maintaining compliance documentation, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and promoting an inclusive, engaging, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Human Resources practices and policies, with familiarity in managing HRIS and employee data. Experience in benefits administration, employee records management, and supporting training programs is essential. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards will be advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork.

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in resolving employee queries and addressing HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
