ROLE SUMMARY
This is an onsite role and the office location is Noida Sector 62, New Delhi.
The HR Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions across iSend’s regional operations, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance with labor regulations, and organizational development. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to management while fostering a positive, high-performance, and compliant workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes including workforce planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with company objectives and applicable labor laws
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and offboarding
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management frameworks including KPI setting, appraisal cycles, performance improvement plans, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace regulations, payroll coordination requirements, and internal governance standards across operating jurisdictions
• Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs, succession planning opportunities, and organizational design improvements
• Manage compensation and benefits administration including salary benchmarking, benefits review, leave management, and employee welfare programs
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, team-building activities, and culture development programs
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, contracts, and confidential personnel documentation
• Prepare HR analytics and reports including headcount, turnover, hiring metrics, employee engagement, absenteeism, and performance trends
• Support senior leadership in strategic HR planning, policy improvements, and change management initiatives
• Oversee HR compliance related to code of conduct, workplace ethics, anti-harassment policies, and mandatory staff trainings
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities with experience working with senior management
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/payroll systems
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or multinational organizations is preferred
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations and regional workforce management is an advantage
• Knowledge of payroll processes, compensation structures, and employee benefits administration
• Experience in organizational development, training frameworks, and employee engagement programs
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are an advantage
