Job Title: Human Resource & Admin Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment support, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, onboarding, office administration, and ensuring smooth internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll input coordination.
- Support in drafting HR letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries related to HR and workplace matters.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory.
- Handle travel bookings, courier services, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain office files, contracts, and administrative records.
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, professional, and operationally efficient.
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers as required.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee records, and office administration will be preferred.
