About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource – Management Trainee (HRMT) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, along with excellent communication and coordination skills. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle while providing opportunities to learn core HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up until candidates join the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Assist with onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases with accurate and updated information.
- Prepare and share Daily, Weekly, and Monthly recruitment/MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Monitor hiring metrics and ensure timely reporting to the HR team.
- Perform other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Pursuing or Completed) will be an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Basic Formulas, Filters) and Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
